Privacy policy
Short version: we do not ask you for anything, and the third parties that do are named below.
This policy covers Brazil Manual (brazilmanual.com). It is written to satisfy the
Brazilian Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Law 13.709/2018) and the European
GDPR, and to be readable by a person.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Codex Shop, CNPJ 64.855.914/0001-17, Curitiba, Brazil. Contact for any privacy matter: contato@codexshop.com.br.
What we collect directly: nothing
There is no account, no sign-up, no newsletter and no comment form on this site. We do not ask for your name, your email or any document. If you write to us, we have the email you sent from, and we keep it only as long as the conversation needs.
What third parties collect
The site uses services that set cookies or collect usage data on their own. They are named here because "third-party partners" tells you nothing:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — measures pages viewed, approximate location by IP, device and browser, and how you arrived. IP anonymization is on. This is what tells us which guides are useful.
- Google AdSense (Google LLC) — serves advertising and may use cookies to limit how often you see the same ad and to measure it. Google's own policy is at policies.google.com.
- Adsterra — serves advertising under the same terms.
We do not sell data, and we have no access to anything that identifies you personally through these services. What we see is aggregate.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookie of its own. The services above may set theirs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; nothing on this site stops working if you do — there is nothing here that needs to remember you.
Your rights
Under the LGPD and the GDPR you can ask what data exists about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw consent. Write to contato@codexshop.com.br and we answer within 15 days.
Because we hold almost nothing, most requests are really about the third-party services above, and we will tell you plainly which of them to contact and how.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revision date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes — a new service collecting data, for instance — are stated at the top rather than folded quietly into the text.
How the content itself is produced is a different question, answered on the method page.
