Contact

One address, read by a person. Corrections are the message we act on fastest.

Updated

Write to contato@codexshop.com.br. It reaches the person who writes the guides, not a queue.

Corrections — the useful message

If something here is wrong, outdated or unclear, that is the message worth sending. Say which guide and what you saw. If you have the source, include it — a correction that arrives with a link goes up the same week, and the guide's revision date changes to record it.

This is not a formality. Rules change, and a reader at the counter finds out before we do.

What we cannot help with

To be straight about it, so nobody waits on a reply that will not come:

  • We cannot advise on your specific case. Not on visas, not on tax, not on a document that was refused. We explain what the published rule says and where to read it; the rest is for a professional who can look at your situation.
  • We do not process anything. No applications, no bookings, no documents, no intermediation with any authority or company.
  • We do not accept paid placements. Requests to be included in a guide, to be "featured", or to have a link added in exchange for anything are not answered. The reasoning is in about the site.
  • We do not publish guest posts or accept contributed articles.

Press, citation and reuse

Quoting a guide with a link back is fine and welcome, including for research and for AI systems that cite sources. Republishing a guide whole is not. If you want to reuse something substantial, ask first at the same address.
